Education is important to Malala because she knows that she is very privilege to go to school. Where Malala lives it is very looked down upon to go to school. In fact, 65 million girls do not go to school. Malala is very thankful for her right to go to school,”I lived in Pakistan, where a girl was free to go to school.”Many children are illiterate and don’t know how to read or write. Nearly 122 million children are illiterate. She simply wants children to be happy, she quotes “There is no greater violence than to deny the dreams of our children.”

School is very important to Malala, school is her home, school is her right.
