The author made a great decision in writing Out of my MInd.

  She has a great sense of humor, ’’I tried so hard I farted!’’

  She gives us an idea of what it would be like to have a disability, ‘’I can’t talk, I can’t walk I can’t feed, myself or take myself to the bathroom.’’

  I love her use of 1st person, it’s gives us a much greater example of her feelings and emotions. ‘’Since I never had trouble thinking or remembering, it actually sort of surprised me that I couldn’t do stuff. And it made me angry.’’

  These things helped me understand and enjoy the story much more.

Child labor. I think child labor is a horrible thing it is basically abuse to children. They locked children in a room to work, fingers cut off, feet smashed, coughs, even killed! Whoever thought of THAT idea, should know it was NOT a smart one.

I would like to be in the Executive Branch because I think it  would be an honor to be the president and serve our country. I would be able to meet people from all over the world, visit different places. I would have a beautiful home. This is why i would love to be in the Executive Branch.
